Simone was born in South Africa and lived there until the age of 15 before moving to America, where she completed high school. Directly thereafter, she returned to South Africa to attend the University of Cape Town Ballet School. She graduated from UCT with a Dance Teacher's qualification, majoring in Ballet and Contemporary dance.

Having suffered a back injury, Simone turned to Pilates as a form of injury rehabilitation. She was so impressed with how much Pilates helped her that she decided to train and become a Pilates Teacher. Directly after obtaining her Pilates qualification, she started the 1st of 3 Pilates Studios to date.

In 2011, she and her young family emigrated to England. She immediately set up Weaver Vale Pilates Studio. Simone wasn't satisfied and wanted more. She decided to study Osteopathy. Since becoming an Osteopath, she can offer even more to her patients and now runs Trinity Therapy, which combines both disciplines.

As a result of her experience and expertise, Simone understands posture, human movement and injury rehabilitation.

Giorgio is a registered Osteopath with a long-standing background in movement, education, and the performing arts. Originally from Italy, where he grew up, he moved to the UK to pursue professional training in contemporary dance, eventually completing an MA in Contemporary Dance Performance at London Contemporary Dance School. For many years, he toured nationally and internationally as a performer before shifting focus towards teaching, mentoring, and facilitating movement for others. He worked in higher education for over a decade as a senior lecturer in dance. He directed and supported graduate training programs, helping emerging dancers improve their confidence, skill, and creativity.

Alongside his academic and professional dance career, his journey has included teaching Pilates, practising yoga personally, and a growing interest in how movement and manual therapy can support overall well-being. He believes in working with people—not just on their bodies—helping them understand their own movement patterns, habits, and potential.

Giorgio recognises the growing shift away from more traditional, passive models of treatment towards approaches that encourage patients to play an active role in their own recovery. Being part of this change—and helping people feel more in control of their health—is something he finds both meaningful and deeply rewarding.
